Sean Jones

"While most people consider Jazz to as American as apple pie (which is actually British) and baseball (which is based on an English game called Rounders), it can be truly said that Jazz is now a true world music. It can be found in almost every corner of the globe (I have a square globe. It was on sale), across wide variance of languages and cultures. In its inventions and improvisations, it creates an unspoken emotional language that can be understood instantly by anyone who loves Our Music. Jazz transcends almost all human boundaries, except for those people who like ham and pineapple on pizza because that's just wrong.
So then.
Check in from your particular part of the world, and tell us how you first discovered Jazz and why you love it today."
